I only had contact with staff on the phone. They were always very pleasant and answered all my questions. My son picked up the vehicle and said it looked great. He also said that the staff explained everything to him so he wouldn’t have problems in the future regarding the rekeying of the vehicle. Living 5 hours away and having to rely on the internet to choose where we had the vehicle repaired, I’m very pleased with the results. Very professional and I would recommend you to friends. I hope we don’t need you again but if we do, I will choose Precision Body to do the work. Thank you for a good experience after a bad one.

Car looks like new! The team who fixed my car were so friendly and understanding that accidents happen. At first I thought it was taking a really long time to complete but I have no complaints since my car came back looking like new! The time of the repair increased due to having to purchase a new fender. It would have been nice if someone would have inform me of the reason for the delay. The initial time for repair was 3 to 4 days; so instead of getting my vehicle on Thursday or Friday, it was being finished on Saturday morning near the noon hour. I actually picked it up on Monday morning.
