This was not the best situation - I was upset that the accident occurred. Thanks to the professionalism and courtesy of the people who worked with us at Ben Mynatt I felt better after dropping off my car. They took care of everything and my car was repaired as if it were a new one! Not only that- the work was done in much less time than anticipated. I was pleased with the work done on my car. However, if there was a bell to ring at the office window so that your employee would know when someone was in the office, it would help immensely. I stood at that window for around 5 minutes and then called the Ben Mynatt receptionist and asked to be transferred to the body shop. While she was transferring my call, someone finally came to the window. A bell would help everyone.
