Overall great service,good communication and fast work.Little to much gap where

I appreciated the communication, the speed with which the staff responded, the way the managers listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. The effort the crew put in to get my car done in a timely manner. My new car looks new again. Everyone I met was professional and easily approachable.
In addition, I appreciated them setting up the rental care and helping me every step in the somewhat confusing process.

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done at the Reading auto body clinic. The staff is highly professional, courteous, and competent in every way possible. I will always bring any work that needs to be done regarding my car to the Reading auto body clinic. I gave them the highest recommendation. It is a five star autobody clinic. Is especially pleased with the beautiful interior detail job they did with my car after the work was completed. When I picked up my car I thought it was brand new even though it is a10 year old Lexus. They deserve that highest of recommendations. Thank you.
