My experience with Service King was great. You guys definitely got the job done.
Great communication. The emails, texts, and voicemails gave me reassurance that the work was moving along. The manager had superb customer service skills. Eric was also very communicative about the car's status, thank you. Staff was kind and professional. The only thing that I don't understand is... why my car had 6 extra miles on it. That seems a bit much for the occasion. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
They took care of my car so good! Keep up the great work! I am very satisfied with the service they provided me.

After I took my car out and drive the car home the check engine light turn on and there is a message on the information dash board reading that there’s is headlights system malfunction visit your dealer) It states on the invoice I receive that technician from your company work on the headlamps they did not do a good job, I am afraid that some things else can happen to the car from the work that was performed when I am driving with my family inside the car I don’t feel safe driving the car as right now

My car was returned to me filthy dirty and empty with gas My bumper was not fixed properly and I was insulted by Jason and told that I never had the sensor in my back bumper that Huntington Beach Toyota dealership will verify I had. Contact savanna there and she will verify that my bumper was not fixed properly Therefore I have contacted my credit card company and an investigation is being done about this so that you will not receive payment for a job that was not done properly. I am highly insulted being told by Jason that my car never had this sensor that beeped when I back up. He claimed that the salesman who sold me the car couldn’t possibly remember me from 4 ****/2 years ago but the salesman does clearly remember me because he knows I insisted on having these features. Again, Contact savana at Huntington Beach Toyota dealership & find out. Jason should be fired for calling me a liar & telling me the salesman who sold me my car just told me I had that feature to make he happy. Jason obviously has mental issues. He left my car unlocked without my alarm system turned on & lots of items were stolen from my car. I sent Jason a text letting him how wrong he was l, & he’s too much of a coward to get back to me. That’s not a good sign. I will be sending my insurance company proof of all that’s been done to me so they don’t pay the claim. Your company does not deserve to be paid. I have to take my car to a reputable place who will fix my bumper properly. I will never let your company touch my car again!!! This is the 3rd time I used your company. I referred your company to a neighbor. Now I will be contacting a news station & letting them know how a grandmother was abused & taken advantage of. Your car company also took my car to a shady place who ordered the wrong harness on top of your company not putting on the correct bumper. I was promised my car back in five days & my car was kept for close to 3 weeks. I had to beg to get my car back!!!! I spoke with Raul daily about making sure my sensors were working again. He acted like he didn’t know about sensors that beeped when backing up. Then to have Jason mocking me & claiming my car never had it is uncalled for. This fool will bring your business down. I think he’s the one who stole the things out of my car. Even my registration & car insurance card were stolen which endangers mine & my families safety with our address shown. I would make Jason pay for what was done to my car & for how he ridiculed me and called me stupid. Then I’d fire him. Sincerely, Nancy D

People were great, tends to everything you need, give’s you all the information you need and most of all they let you know on whats happening with your car, were its at percent of completion for me thats exceeded my expectation. 10 stars for you SERVICE KING..????????

I appreciated that they did a good job fixing my car and listened to my concerns I had when I brought it in. Everyone who assisted me were very kind and helpful. It was also nice very nice of them to clean the inside of my car and did everything they can to make my car look as good as it can be. Even though I did not ask about other parts of my car, they were still attentitve and tried to do everything they can, so I really do appreciate them very much. Thank you for making my car drivable and for making it look nice.
