There was no handoff from the first adjuster, Jeremy. I had an appointment for repairs, but when I called in the morning before I brought my car in, there was no record of my appointment, and I had to start the whole process over again. When I finally did bring my truck in for repairs, I was told it would be one week. Instead, it was two weeks. I received no communication regarding status. Instead, I had to call and inquire.

Your tech cut wires instead of disconnecting them at the proper spot, then spliced them back together wrong and sloppy.
