Whenever I need auto body repair I use Corbitt’s. This is the first time that I’ve used them where they had the vehicle updates via text. I think the concept is great but the texts aren’t always accurate. I was told the vehicle would be ready at a specific day and time but when I arrived the car wasn’t ready! Going off of the text I had cancelled a couple of meetings to fight through the rush hour traffics to make it on time so to find out the car wasn’t ready definitely didn’t sit well with me! So the updates need to be real time rather than assumptions! Other than that the service is always awesome!
Horrendous. Originally picked up vehice two weeks ago after a month with Corbitts on to find the poorest workmanship after I departed from picking up. Now I am picking up today 6/13/18 after receiving call that vehicle was ready on 6/12/18. Now the “check engine”’light is on and they are saying it’s part of the car’s normal maintainence. I dropped the vehicle off twice with no “engine light” now Corbitt is attempting to deliver vehicle in a condition that was not present on 2 drop off and now **** pick up and today’s attempted pick up. After dropping of rental, now I am in the same predicament as before. Seems to be zero quality. I have come down here two times, dropped on rental two times, only to now go into a 3rd rental vehicle. My experience has not been how Gieco depicted as a quality repair facility. I have used (2) vacation days and hours of lost personal time dealing with this nightmare of an experience.

There is a 4 inch scratch just Belo the back up camera on the trunk of the car that is a part of the damage to the car. It was not addressed and I spoke to one of the company's managers about it when I came to pick up the car. I am very disappointed because I made a special call to you on the day that repairs were to begin to remind you not to miss this part of the damage done to the rear end of my car. I was assured that it had been noted and would be addressed. Please note that I will not be satisfied until this is taken care of.
