Very good customer service!

I hate to say it but I have had to use them at least five times. Not good when your car needs to go to a body shop. But they are absolutely the best in the Vallejo/American Canyon area! I always recommend them to anybody who is asking where they can find a good body shop.

I received my vehicle in better condition than when I left it. The car appeared to be fully detailed and clean. It almost looked new again. Als, kudos to the guys who worked hard to deliver the vehicle to me earlier than when it was promised. Beat the estimated date by 5 days! I am a very satisfiwd customer. Their diamond rating is onvious!

Josue was very helpful and friendly. He explain everything to me in detail and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. The work that was done was clean and professional. I also appreciate the detail wash that was given to my car before it was returned. I will definitely recommend your shop to others. Thanks to all who took part in the repairs of my car.

I had a previous accident and i brought it to a shop in Vallejo. I wasnt very satisfied with their work. I had to bring my car several times after they said that they already fixed everything. At American Canyon Collission, i was very impressed with them at the very start. I didn't have to worry about getting a ride from the shop to the rental car shop. They drove me and made sure that I qas safe. I got my car today and it looked completely new! They even cleaned my car! I like that they also send text updates. I would definitely recommened this shop.
