The repairs seem great. Better communication around the job would've made it better for all. My car had to sit in the lot for 2 days and didn't even move just to match the paint. 3 day repair and 3 day car rental, except that TG holiday got them out of sync and I ended up without a car for the 3rd day of repair.

Yes totally satisfied with the auto repair of Gates but the Enterprise Car Rental was not a good experience and filthy/dirty cars.

No need to call. I thought the receptionist was not very friendly. Secondly, I was not notified my pick up appt was delayed. We travelled 3 hours and could have even extended our vacation if we were notified. Lastly, it was overlooked that a part of the trim was missing upon the pick up. On a positive, Calvin was great to work with.

Gates already knows the issues. The representative misdiagnosed where the impact on my car occurred and used this to ignore some of the damage caused by the accident (even though I pointed out that damage). When I then questioned that this was not addressed, the Gates representative started by accusing me of trying to get work done unrelated to the accident rather than finally listening to me (ignoring me for a second time). The impact was a little driver side of center on my front bumper (which I pointed out and was clearly visible) but this second time, the representative tried to claim it was on the passenger side just because there was more damage on that side. I actually am now left wonder of the full damage was really assessed. I noticed that my front hood no longer makes a smooth line with the front quarter panels (it did before the accident). This was never examined by the representative and is likely a result that the impact bent the front quarter panels. But again the representative was not looking for the right thing to do just speedily working through the estimate and now I am left with a car that really is not back to the state it was prior to the accident. This was a horrible experience and I will definitely steer individuals away from gates auto body.
