Only disappointment was that no body shop personal check over completed job with us when my wife and I pickup the car after settlement of payment of deductible . The person completing the paperwork did a good job. But final step in satisfying a customer lacked a final inspection with customer.
The job cost was $ 10,500.

I was very happy with the customer service. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful. However, the vehicle wasn’t perfect when I picked it up. So I’ll still have to bring it back for some touch up work... one window that was replaced had a scratch on it, the interior was scuffed up in 2 places and the paint on the gas door wasn’t done properly. John, who did my original estimate, came out to look at those items and he’s working on resolving the issues.
