My car looks great. I do think the clean up needs improvement. I had what looked like a clear sticky substance on the trunk lid of my car which the very nice young man removed. There was also chalky white substance, that removed easily with wiping. I’ll give it a good detail and see how well the paint job looks. Hard to say when the car is not detailed at pick up. You should add detail as part of your service. Especially with the cars that you work on (very expensive). Oh, dead battery at pick up due to keys left in ignition. Y~
