Showtime has repaired several vehicles for my family over the years. Lisa is the ABSOLUTE BEST negotiator at interaction with the insurance company!! Tyler does incredible & beautiful body work and my 2006 Lexus looks completely like a brand new showroom vehicle!

The repair was perfect and overall experience was good. My only comment concerns the finish date. I received several calls and text that changed it by a business day or two, I was out of town so I was fine with the later date. Which they seemed to be very comfortable with being able to achieve. As it turned out it went a day longer, which I didn’t learn of until the day of. Had to adjust some plans on my end. All in all not that big a deal for me, for some it could have been an issue. Still very happy.

The staff is very kind, respectful and professional in their handling of my car repair to get my car back to new appearance. I'm happy to state that I get compliments on the cars repair every time I tell people about what had happened to my vehicle. The staff and team did a great job at helping me with my needs for the rental car as I'm very satisfied with what they provided to fit my needs at my time of need. You guys were amazing we could not have asked for a better service from the initial phone call and explaining how everything was going to happen and then dealing with everything and then the actual repair all top notch. Very professional, courteous, and all out awesome. Detailed the car treated my family with upmost respect never felt like I was bothering them when asking about the progress even though they sent me updates all out great service oh yeah ther chocolate bar !!!!!!!!!!! That topped the cake man . Love the service I would never recommend another place to take a vehicle for repair. This is the place thank you so much

Showtime staff were all very professional and very courteous! They did an excellent job of repairing the damage to my vehicle. My auto was returned looking absolutely pristine and beautiful!! My auto was in excellent condition inside and out. They handled the arrangements for a rental auto while my auto was being repaired. It was wonderful having it all handled right there at the repair shop, no waiting in lines. They treated us as though we were their number **** priority. I will without reservation recommend Showtime to others!!

Outstanding experience at each level from providing initial estimate, communicating details of repair process,coordinating with insurance, arranging rental car, providing updates, adjusting to my schedule, completing the repair work with excellent results & ahead of schedule, and creating a top tier customer service experience. All staff participated in converting a potentially stressful situation into a robust, highly interactive and positive experience. Highly recommend.
