The entire experience start to finish was seamless and fast. From getting the quote, and being able to schedule quickly, to drop off and pickup. I was even called mid repair with an update and estimated day of pickup. I appreciate how simple this experience has been for me, even though I'm sure there is so much more that goes into the process than I experienced. Thank you!!!

Overall, Dennis Autopoint did a great job repairing my vehicle. It looks brand new. My only complaint is the amount of time it took. It took two weeks to repair the quarter panel and repaint. They also never notified me when my car was finished being repaired, the insurance company the repairs were going through were the only ones to call me to let me know the repairs were finished. This caused issues with the rental car company, assuming I wanted the rental car longer than I did and they charged me for the extra days I had the car, although I was never informed my car had been finished by****.
