I was sastisfied with your shop because the employees work here very nice, they contact me to upgrade information about my car's part while my car was waiting for the part from dealer. After they get the part from desler they fixed my car immediately. I was really happy when I got the car because the ways they take care of my car. Thanks grove body shop.

My car was repaired beautifully. Excellent job. The only problem was status communication. I received the initial email saying that I would receive status updates. By the day of estimated completion I had not received any updates and I had to call to find out that the additional repair was required and completion would be two days later.

Ken knows Customer service. Being in the restaurant biz and customer service by default, you expect a certain amount of effort. He nails it. Everything was handled and done right the first time. I was communicated with every step of he way.
