Rick Sal was courteous and professional in explaining the car repair process. The hospitality shown by the front office personnel was very good. The car was fixed well and delivered on time with daily updates on the progress. I'm happy with the work done on my car, I definitely recommend B&J Body Shop for the best car repair services.

I’m a return customer. I was a satisfied and happy customer the last time B and J Body Shop repaired the body of my car. Staff is friendly and professional. The tech that took care of me was thorough in explaining to me what they were going to do to repair it and then reviewed and confirmed pricing with me. When I picked up my car, he showed me the work that was done and asked if I had any questions. He even offered to give me info about what it would cost to repair other items that I had inquired about. Overall, it was good experience and I will definitely return should I ever need cosmetic work done on my car again.

truck came out like new. thanks to the techs that worked on it. Sal's exceptional e-mail to State Farm got them to pay for the "complete" repair of my truck when the State farm inspector only wanted to pay for a portion. thanks Sal. hopefully I won't need B & J for some time but if I do I will be back.
