Received the text message from Honda service center yesterday that my auto was still being fixed, but it was actually done three days per a call from manager.
I think you guys need to properly communicate each other internally before sending s message to the customer.

The process was easy! Had never dealt with any insurance and repair before. The process was very smooth, the customer service and experience was excellent! Honda associates were friendly, explained every step they would do with my vehicle! The ladies at the device desk/body shop were very fast called for a rental pick up! Very efficient team ! Mako was right on when telling me when my car was gonna be done! I was updated daily on my car through a text! Wonderful service and experience! .. Not to mention they detailed it for me!
