Manny was most thorough in his analysis of what repairs were needed. His customer service was certainly a 10 out of 10. The place was neat and clean all the times I was there-and the front desk person efficient. I appreciated getting to drop off my rental car at Da-Les as well. Thank you.
I appreciate that you take care in doing each part of the job in the best way. For example (in my case), replacing the outer panel of a door to fix a small area dent, rather than filling and smoothing, since it could crack after many times of opening and closing.
They did a great job and gave the car all cleaned up nicely after the repair. They keep you updated on the progress of the repair.

took 3 weeks for the correct part. I personally inspected the first part and it was incorrect. Then when the part was in I wasn't the first in line to get painted. Needed to wait until the next week.

One item is not working - wind shield wiper fuid. Maybe there is no fluid, maybe pump issue, maybe the container broke in the accident.

My insurance company had sent my approval for months but de las never informed me. I finally had to call and verify that the insurance company had send the approval over. I filled out the online request for questions on the website but never received a response.

There was a small issue, my rear bumper cover was replaced and when I came to pick my car up, I found that few screws were loose. My insurance paid for the service, but anyways they paid high price, so I didn't expect for such unprofessional result.

I didn't appreciate the fact that I was told that my car was completely ready, picked up the car, and then found that my car's headlights were not working and had to return it. It just seemed that the work was less thorough if my lights were not checked before returning the car.
The service was professional and fast. Communication was top notch.
The interior was very dusty. The mats in the rear compartment of the car had been taken up, rolled up and left uninstalled.
There was a large, black, elastic cover of some kind left in the back seat.
Manny was very pleasant and helpful.
Overall it went very smoothly and I was pleased with the work and turn around time. The only minor thing was I noticed a strong smell in the car which I suppose was due to the new door. I imagine it will air out over time.
