I was satisfied with the end result, but what disturbed me the most, was when I initially went, not one person acknowledged me. I was there for about 15 minutes as workers passed me, ladies answering phones not once looked up to acknowledge anyone, and when I called I was asked to go eat lunch before coming, because the Farmers adjustor would be in at a later time. Of course he was not there and when he finally showed never came to my assistance. Dean, whom finally introduced himself to me as the manager, realized immediately something was wrong. Came to my help and then you could see everyone trying to look busy. Your staff are a reflection of you, maybe if they worked on commission like sales people, they would be more motivated. I honestly would not recommend anyone to go there. Money and time are very valuable to us in this day in age, get with the program.
