Metal Creek was established in 2002 by owners Steve and Andrea Dittbrender. Our company is local and family owned. We are here to serve all customers throughout the great State of Alaska. We offer collision repair for anything that moves. Whether it is an insurance claim, out of pocket repair or customization- we can do it!
Insurance Claims:
Many insurance companies write their own estimates. Don’t worry- we work with all of them! Once the vehicle has arrived at the shop for repairs we will tear down the vehicle to complete a thorough inspection. If additional damage is found, we will contact your insurance company and request a supplemental claim for additional damages. We will work directly with your insurance carrier to ensure a smooth process.
For Drivable vehicles:
We can order your parts before you drop the vehicle off for repairs. Once they arrive we can schedule the vehicle in for repairs to minimize downtime.
For Customers using a Rental Car:
Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Wasilla is the preferred agency for most insurance carriers. They are also currently the only agency in the Valley.
If you are obtaining a rental for repairs, your insurance company will send a reservation for the vehicle. Give them a call to let them know your scheduled drop off date/time at Metal Creek and Enterprise will pick you up at the shop on your drop date. They will bring you back to their branch in Wasilla to complete some quick paperwork and off you go!
Once we have your vehicle repairs complete drop the rental off at Enterprise and they will bring you back to the shop to pick up your car.

What you can expect from us:
We schedule our workload to provide individual service to our customers and to ensure timely repairs. If you have specific needs for scheduling-please let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
We take pride in getting your vehicle back to you in pre-loss condition. We also do a complimentary vacuum, exterior wash, trim and window cleaning. If you are interested in a professional detail, we can recommend other local businesses for you.
Customer Service and Warranty:
Our goal is to provide the best service possible. Anything less than a “10” we consider failure. If you have an issue or concern about your vehicle pre or post-repair, please let us know. We want you to be happy!
