Jeff is very good. I would go to him anytime although I hope I do not get into anymore accident. I trust him. I would recommend him anytime. I would recommend Wittmeir to anybody needing vehicle repair. Don and Cherryline are also very nice and approachable. Same with the other lady with the raspy voice. I forgot her name. Kevin the driver is also very helpful. Kudos to Wittmeir for your wonderful people and job well done.

Very helpful, answered all my questions, and frieldly service

My only complaint is that the after market grill they put on my truck did not fit correctly and if I had not noticed before leaving the shop they would have sent me home with a grill that would have fallen off. They however ordered a grill from Nissan and had it installed in a couple of days.

The body work is awesome but my car was returned with a cracked (through and through) windshield. The windshield was fully intact when I took it for repairs. I am waiting for a decision as to how this will be resolved. I believe it was damaged while Iit was at whittmeir collision. The damage is not from a rock, if is a crack. I picked it up at 5 pm on 11/19/2024 and the power was out in the area of the collision center. My husband reported the damage the following morning as soon as we were aware of the crack. It was suggested that the crack happened as the result of a weather temperature extreme. The temperature extremes we have recently had were not extreme enough to crack safety glass thst a windshield has. Jeff has berm awesome to deal with through the repair process. The windshield damage seems pretty straight forward as to liability. Jeff stated to me that his tech noticed it at some point during the repair process. I am not out to get anything that is not honedtly due me, but I know for a fact that my windshield was not cracked when I took the car for body work. I believe it is a stress crack from careless handling. Thank you.
