Repair price charged when the car was picked up was over $250 more than the estimate price. This increase would have been acceptable if I had been notified either by phone or email. To your credit, staff was professional and totally cooperative in rebating $200.

Classics Autobody was a pleasure to deal with. They kept in constant touch with us via phone and text, letting us know the progress of our repair job. Their work was excellent and we are completely happy with the repairs they did on our 2000 Toyota Camry. They matched the paint color exactly and the rear of our car looks as good as it did when it was new.

The staff are so very responsive. I was left with no worries regarding whether or not the work would be done professionally. This is important because I have no expertise in the kind of repairs you do so I need to trust that you will not take shortcuts and that my car will be better than ever when you are done. I appreciated the constant updating as to the progress of the repairs. Michael both emailed me and called on a regular basis.
The repairs were done professionally----the car now looks like new and in order to live up to their completion time commitment. Michael arranged to have the car delivered to me/
I will always recommend Classic to others.

I think this was the best experience I've had with a Body Shop. One BIG problem with this company is that no one answers the phones EVER. Leaving a message doesn't work either. I recommended you to my friend yesterday and she couldn’t reach you by phone either, so she took her her car to Anthonys. I would like to know that I can use you again if I have a need, but not if I can't reach you.

I've used Classic+++ Auto Body twice now.
Both times I receive the most courteous, professional and attentive service. Each person that I worked with was excellent. My car was fixed in fast record time and the finishing result was superior.
