Once repairs were started there was great communication. Prior to that is was very hard to get ahold of anyone and my appointment times kept changing/were not what I had been told

I was thrilled with the work and the condition of the car when it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate the quality of work and outstanding customer service. I had totally expected I would need to get new license plates, since one of mine was banged up badly, but you managed to straighten it out so I could keep using it. My car was retuned clean, and you had detailed the inside!! Like I said, I was thrilled. I would highly recommend your business to anyone needing an auto body repair.

Our vehicle's rear safety features are not working. We took it back to have it looked at and were told that we would be receiving a call from Ryan as to what needs to happen next. However, that was more than two weeks ago. We were told that our vehicle would be ready to pick up after 3 and when we arrived at 4, we still waited an hour for our car because the detailer had walked off from the job. We also had to wait for them to install our rear step because it had been over looked during the process. Because the "estimated date of completion" continuously changed, our Hertz rental car was not completed paid for and we had to pay out of pocket for some of it and later get reimbursed. We originally wanted our repairs made at the Arvada location because it was within walking distance from our home but we were told by them that the repairs could not be made until 2023 and they referred us to the Northglenn location. When we took our 2021 Forester to the Subaru dealership for servicing, they explained that the plastic sensor piece was probably never replaced and that the fix should be relatively easy. After being rear ended, the safety features worked fine, Since it was replaced a month ago, they have only worked three times. As a consumer, I am left wondering what I can do to get everything resolved.

Your team is AMAZING! My car looks brand new. The collision looks like it never happened. The estimator took their time and was so thorough when looking at my damaged vehicle. I knew your team was going to great care of my vehicle and not cut corners. This means the world to me as I use this car to get my 2 year old everywhere. My last name is bates. I got my vehicle out of your shop in May and was told that you were waiting on a license plate lamp that we had already been waiting on for what seemed like a pretty long period of time. I just need to know whether or not this is something I should take up with my insurance company I was told that you guys would let me know when the part came in but haven't heard anything since then. I'm not sure if it's my responsibility to continually communicate with you guys to find out what's going on with this. It appears to me that you're not interested in finishing the job you started and just need to know if this is something I should take up with my insurance company. My last name is Bates and it's a 20/20 white Toyota Tacoma

I had to fight for my right to have the repairs done properly for the money that was paid to them. We didnt see eye to eye on what was considered properly repaired. It took several day later to get car fixed past the projected time of completion. It took more time and money to fight me that they were not going to do the fix the issue than it did to fix the issue and move on.

The front radar sensor was damaged/misaligned while in your custody and you refuse to pay to replace it. There is no reason you should have ever touched that sesor to start with. You were only supposed to fix/repaint some scratches. It is unlikely that I would ever do business with you again and I would advise others to do likewise

this is my second experience with Carstar. I have to admit that the first time we had a slight communication issue, but the company was so amazing and kind with me that I had to go back. Now with my second visit and car repairs completed to be honest I probably won’t go anywhere else. Great service and great stuff. A special shout out to the people that work the front office, because that is truly almost you’re only interaction. Thank God they take effort to higher quality stuff. I hope they pay them appropriately.

I pointed out flaws in the bumper that was painted and replaced at the time of pickup. I was told that there was nothing that can be done because it was an aftermarket bumper and they can have issues.

The vehicle was said to be ready two times and both times the vehicle was not in an acceptable state. The first time, 3 wheels were still damaged, the front and rear bumper paint did not match the quarter panels and the right front/rear lower control arms were damaged and not repaired. The 2nd time, the were blemishes in the clear coat due to incomplete polishing (it was fixed on site), there were still open holes in the door sill that were identified in the previous visit, and worst of all the wheel alignment was unacceptable causing the vehicle to pull to the right under hard acceleration and feel generally unstable going over undulations in the road. I had to pay for a proper shop to do the alignment which corrected the issue. At minimum I would request that CarStar cover the cost of the additional work I had to pay for.
