The care and attention provided by all that we came in contact with was fantastic. From start to finish we felt informed and serviced with expertise and professionalism. Tina, Wally, Frank - great job. Specifics: handling of Enterprise rental, communication about car repair (text message system), bottled water and coffee, smiles and easy paperwork. Even the service tech that answered the phone on Saturday afternoon just before closing was also helpful and pleasant (did not get his name). Great experience.
