I arrived completely confused. I couldn’t believe what happened. I was terrified that I couldn’t pay to keep my car in the condition that I purchased it. When I found out my insurance was making me the responsible person to pay. I was only hopeful I would find a resource. The employees and there responses to assist. The constant contact with my insurance and the inspections helped me to receive half of what I was to pay. I believe there assistance was excellent.
