I was mot able to even look at my car when I picked it up due to a tornado and torrential rain.
I called on Thursday and Friday and asked if my car was ready, it was supposed to be ready on Thursday, and both times I was told it was at the alignment shop and they would call me back. They did not call me back. I was informed on Monday that the car was ready. I had to cancel a class that I teach at the last moment because I was told that I could not keep the rental an extra day. Very chaotic service.

My Jeep looks very good...The repairs your crew made to repair the damage from the accident, looks like new...maybe better than new...I forget his name, but the guy that drives the Harley Davidson. ..said he has many years of experience. ..and the rest have too...I just wish I had the money to have the whole Jeep painted....well thanks and I'll be sure to recommend Lockemans to my friends. ..

The tailight assembly is not a genuine part and does not fit properly ( it is loose). I don't know why it needed replaced in the first place. The paint job is lousy at best. I have cleaned tape residue off various places as I see them. The entire drivers side feels "gritty" and I've tried to get it off with little success.
I was never informed that my vehicle was ready. I had to go by the shop at 5 pm on the third day to check . I was told it would take 2 days and I was never kept up to date on its status. I had to initiate the first contact to find out anything.
There was also unexplained mileage driven.

The only thing is that they emailed me that my car would be ready on Tuesday and when I showed up they said they would need two more days, which is fine, just wished they would have emailed me saying that so I didn't have to show up for no reason. Other than that they were great and I would recommend this place to friends and families. Very friendly staff!

Thanks so much for making an unpleasant experience, such as getting your car hit, go so seemless. It's so great to have a local body shop that you trust to get you through these times. The car looked so good when we got it back, and was cleaner then the day we bought it. I would not think about taking my car anywhere else if I need a body shop again.
