Let me start by listing the positives.
****) The ladies at the front desk were great! They were friendly and very personable.
2) The technicians that performed the body work did a great job!
3) The car was delivered on the date promised. Unfortunately, the work was incomplete.
Now,let's talk about the negatives.
****) There was no communication. No updates on progress.The decals for my vehicle were on back order and this was not communicated until I came to pick up my car. It has been over two weeks and I am still waiting for my embalms. The only answer I was given was that they are on back order and they don't know when they will get them. If they would have communicated this issue to me, I would've told them just to put the old ones back on.
2) There is a rattling noise coming from the front passenger door/mirror which was authorized by my insurance to fix. Unfortunately, Fortes was not able to find the issue until the day I was due to pick up my vehicle. Instead of calling and letting me know so I could have extended my rental and had them keep the vehicle to repair the issue. Again, they waited until I came to pick up my vehicle and that's when they informed me.I was told that I would need another authorization to get this fixed.
3) No communicationAgain. I have received a second authorization from my insurance to get the rattling noise taken care of but have not received any communication from Fortes despite me sending numerous emails to their estimator and several calls to the office. All of which went unanswered. I am still waiting for a response and answers to when we can complete the repairs to my vehicle.
3) My vehicle was returned to me dirty. The drivers side floor mat was filthy and it wasn't like that when I dropped the car off to them.
4) On their website they claim they take of rental arrangements for you. Nobody helped me I had to do everything by myself.
5) They take a long time. From estimate to me getting my car back was 6 weeks (for minor damage) and the work was still incomplete.
I expected more from an established business like Fortes. Unfortunately, I was left wondering what went wrong?
A little communication and transparency would go a long way with customers. I hope for future customers this is corrected.

It would have been nice if the shop staff had been proactive about one last part on my Prius - but when I finally showed up to the shop because I was told they were closing for thanksgiving, the tech on duty said the computer still showed one part back ordered and the other tech said he would go to the floor and look to see if it had arrived. Not only was it there, the tech then fixed it, took the car to wash, and helped transfer items from the rental to my car so o could leave with my car.
