This was the second time I have used Jim Norton collision. My experience was the same as the first time. Excellent communication, extremely friendly professional service. As for the repair quality, simply amazing work. Paint match is perfect, body panels have consistent gaps, and the paint texture looks like the factory paint. And finally, it was finished when I was told it would be. If you have a need for collision repair you can relax knowing they are going to take care of you.
