I really like the updates via text. It would be nice to know why it got delayed 3 times. I didn’t mind it , but it would be nice to know, “waiting for parts,” “staff issue,” or “found more damage.”

Yes I am satisfied. However, I was disappointed that the interior was not cleaned of any of the air bag dust. I had thought there would be a minor wipe down. I was not expectong a detail, just a wipe down. The exterior guts were cleaned well though.

Sadly this was the second time this year I had to have them repair my Subaru due to accidents, both of which were my fault. Both times, Auto Body did a perfect job and on time. Also were friendly to deal with.

The team at auto body is amazing from top to bottom. Repsonive, friendly and most of all incredible work!! I felt like i was with my family. This should be everyone’s go to place for auto body work!!!!
