The truck looks great and the everyone I encountered was courteous and nice. My only complaint is that I was told it would take 3 days to complete. On the 3rd day I called to get a status update and it took all day to get someone to return my call and I was told that it would be late Monday before I could get my truck bc there was a parts delay. I had a rental car and this made me go they the weekend and completely into 3 xtra days of s rental car. I realize things happen but I think better care on the time frames should be taken. It can cost people slot of xtra money. You are Beaman not some random shop.

I dealt with Herb there at Beaman Collision. I explained to him my wife and I were expecting our first child within 10 days of when I dropped off my truck for repair and how much we needed to get it back as soon as possible. He made it happen in 2 days. I can’t say thanks enough.
