They send messages when the will be ready but no one call till the end of the day .when I picked my car had issue so I have to go back and waiting for another 3 hr till they do fix and inspect.still same issue there .so I have to go back on my day off because I work 12hr shift.i really disappoints

I understand that it’s the holiday season and schedules are crazy but when a client calls for a simple update in the morning, they shouldn’t have to wait for a call back at 5 or 6pm...right before closing for an update. My car was being fixed for 2 weeks during the holidays and every time I called, my rep never answered and I wa salways contacted back at 5 or 6pm, right before close, with an update of your car still isn’t ready. Why not just call me earlier to give me some piece of mind??? Especially if you see a client calling 3 or 4 times

I arrived and the tail light was hanging out. They told me it came out when removing my bumper but they could not get it back it in and wouldnt because it's not part of the initial qoute. On top of that my bed of my truck was put on wrong. There is a **** inch difference from being centered and it's very noticable. Also my left tire was flat which was repaired. Had to wait 20 mins while the found someone to inflate it. There were parts just laying in my center console. Overall terrible experience and shotty work with no care just a rushed situation. I will be writting reviews to warn others.
