My back hatch, rattles like crazy. I haven’t had time to come in because I’ve been moving. I don’t know if this is a quick repair, I was told 5 days before and it was 21 days.. I can’t go another 3 weeks without my car. But outside of these things everyone was very kind. Your front line ladies do a good job.

Vehicle was given back incomplete. You can tell it was not test driven after we notified the shop that there was a noise coming from the accident area. Tire pressure was set way to high and alignment was still not even straight. Noise was still present when we received vehicle and had to be dropped off again.
