Still can’t believe how fast they were. I told them the day I picked up my car, it looked better when I picked it up from Service King than when I bought it.
We are always extremely pleased with the service we receive from Service King the entire staff is always very polite and helpful. We will continue to patronize this great establishment.
The whole experience was so easy. Service King worked with my insurance company and a rental car was ready at Enterprise when the estimate was finalized. I turned my my car on Monday and it ready on Friday. You wouldn’t even know it had been damaged - the workmanship was flawless,

My car repair is great and the completion time was efficient. The over staff provided good customer service. My only concern was the payment process. The repair completed cover by USSA was paid by the insurance company. The assessment of the repair was that they would not replace my bumper but repair it which I was advised to repair the rock and curb damage on the other part of my bumper that previously existed for if I didn’t it would not match. The cost quoted on the phone was $180. I agreed reluctantly. We were first told by the rep that we would have to pay this $180 in cash because she ha FYI pay the “guy”. Upon picking up the car, I paid credit card and was told to talk to the rep about the cash discussion. The rep, Raina, stayed she was trying to save me money and not charge me taxes. I could tell by her demeanor something didn’t feel right. So my question to you is what is the company policy and was she trying to pay a third party under the table? I didn’t like it. I could call USSA too and suggest they don’t use me. Maybe I am wrong and businesses do this, but I don’t think so.

Larry is absolutely one of the best! From the moment he greeted me, he put me at ease and assured me that my car would be repaired to my full satisfaction. The damage to my car was very minor but I felt he treated it as he would a major one. I am very pleased with the repair but most of all I am extremely pleased with having dealt with a kind, friendly, professional individual. Larry is an asset to your business. I would not hesitate for a moment to refer you to others nor to take my car back to you should the need arise.
