As a customer, we are frustrated that it took more than a month to get car back. When we did get it back it has been left for w month sitting with coffee all over the car from the crash. This may have been easily cleaned up the few days after but now after sitting for more than a month it has become difficult to clean. The car is only 6 months old to us... And we expected to get it back in new condition. But the interior seems largely ignored. Also the smell of paint is so strong we can't drive it with the windows down. Very dissapointing.

****. Service very slow- 9 days.
2. I was not consulted nor notified about extent of work.
3. Unnecessary work was performed- rear bumper painted. I was not consulted about this before work was done. A bumper sticker was removed without my permission.
4. Communication was inadequate.
5. Upon delivery the vehicle had an unpleasant chemical odor in the vehicle- it smelled like motor oil or gasoline.
