Very pleased with the entire process. Great staff! I didn't have to check on the status of my vehicle, I was contacted regularly with updates. Very pleased with the workmanship. I know that no one wants to take their vehicle to a repair facility & pay for repairs but the Goodrich crew made the process as painless as possible.
