Staff did an excellent job on repairing the damage and matched the paint perfectly. Also went through hoops to make sure the decal on the drivers side matches my passenger side since it had to be removed and replaced. My car was repaired by Carstar after I? was in a rear end collision.
Matt answered all my questions & assured me the repair would be done correctly & they would investigate for further damage. I? had issues with the insurance company paying the final bill & Matt went above & beyond getting the situation resolved the same day (it was Friday before a 3 day weekend). Matt & all the other folks I? spoke with were curtious & helpful, the work completed looks fantastic-thank you!!

Didn't fix everything properly then failed to send estimate to my insurance prior to working on my vehicle then then after returning my vehicle to me, expects me to pay out of pocket for parts that they would have known weren't covered if the estimate was sent before hand like they did with my last vehicle they repaired at carstar. What repairs they did do were good and way ahead of estimated time (which os nice but inconvenient at the same time) but the failure to communicate with my insurance is creating hassle which is the last thing my family needs at this moment

I wasn't told that one of my tires was flat until the day it was ready to get picked up. I was not completely dissatisfied but being told that it was an on going issue but wasn't brought to my attention until the day it was ready for pick up.
