I think it was a half way done job. It doesn't say much for the company that you could let work leave your center the way it was. I even asked about the work and I got looked at like I was stupid! Next time I need body work it will go to Mcree Ford.

Geico totaled the car but eagle and geico had not communicated efficiently about this and I was asked to sign a blank repair authorization

No I am not satisfied at all! There's Bondo IN my gas cap, poor detail job, incomplete work, and unaligned body panels, and all the protective plastic covers over the metal parts inside vehicle were removed and placed in the back storage areas of the car leaving exposed metal throughout the inside of the car. The car smells of urine....i am appalled at the shotty work done!!!
I'm very pleased with the work. Was a little disappointed because of the length of time but everyone was very apologetic and courteous.

It was a pleasure working with y'all. I especially love the text message updates. I'm not one to talk on the phone so it worked for me perfectly.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service and quality of repairs exhibited by Eagle Collison. I picked up my Dodge Caravan (68,000 miles) from your shop for simple body repair only to discover that the transmission was not working. I would have expected Eagle Collision to put my vehicle at the top of the priorty list so to reduce the cost of expenses to their customer, seeing as the transmission was working perfectly fine when Eagle Collision took possession of my vehicle. Instead we were forced to take our car to another repair shop to fix the mistakes made by Eagle Collision.
Overall, I would rate Eagle Collision somewhere between hopping in a bathtub full of scorpions and going to second base with a velrociraptor.
Couple things didn't well:
****. Wrong headlights were installed even after I talked to Memo about it.
They still installed the wrong ones on.
2. Passenger fender was not painted all the way
3. Bumper has scratches. They claimed a new one as put on.
4. My steering wheel is not all straight although the truck does run straight but not aligned to the steering wheel.
5. There is a weird noise coming from the engine bay don't know.
All these details and it went through a couple of inspections. Kind of makes you wonder.
