This is the 2nd time I have used CARSTAR for auto body repairs. Being a return customer is positive conformation of satisfaction.
The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and make every effort to insure that you understand and are comfortable with the work to be preformed.
The facility is well organized and projects the feeling that you car will be well cared for.
My car was estimated to take 2-3 days to complete, and I received daily text
messages on status.
Work preformed needs only one word “PERFECT”
Why would you take you car to any other shop?

Not satisfied. Making beeping noise when shutting driver side door. When locking car and setting alarm on driver side door. Alarm gets set and all doors are armed and locked except driver door. 3rd the door and front drivers side penal not aligned. Not happy. Leaving on vacation tomorrow.

They did a good job on repair in general. I am very unhappy that I have to come back in order to have the cracked tail light replaced. I believe a discount would be appropriate for my extra time. Otherwise I would recommend them.
