From the initial call, comprehensive and patient pre-edtimste discusdion with (David I believe) to the early pickup (yea!), prompt callbacks and promised status calls from (help! Travis?Tyler? Same kind redponsive tech) to the kind receptionist who waved my apology for late arrival to pickup loke I was an old friend as did David...amazing, sucessful experience...clean car (I live on a dirt road!) and great ecoerience. My only complaint is that USAA told me there was no USAA approved shop in the area! I went trilling online to find Yelp and other rsyings snd found CarStar...and its USAA spproved!!! I coukd have hone a different way were I not tech saavy, not the closest shop to mebut the best! I wasted a day as I didn’t know where to go. Please let USAA know this should be fixed! Thank you!!!!!
