I appreciate that Renee and my Maya got my car in there ASAP as well theys made 2 or 3 extra calls to the insurance company on my behalf. Especially since my Driver side headlights needed to be replaced and its fall. I always price appreciate the attention to detail and service that George Arth and Sons provides. The teamwork and coordination is fantastic. I like this text service that gave in progress updates that was a neat service. I appreciate the coordination between the rental car company and Geo Arth, Made it so convenient and reduced time on my end. My car exterior was washed, interior vacuumed, my windows cleaned! All the lights and signals tested my wipers, my mirrors the horn were tested they even tested the doors and locks on the windows Even inspected my oil and coolant levels and washer fluids OMG and aspected my tire pressure. Grateful for the extramaintenance check up. Even though I know I get regular oil changes and just had on this month, I appreciate them going the long distance. It's this kind of service and kindness that brings me back. To each and every person there Thank you.

As I was driving away from the shop I noticed that there was a warning light on in the car. When I stopped and looked up what it was. Upon looking, it said I need to bring it back to an authorized dealer. I have limited time and taking more time to do this is frustrating. In addition, there was a checklist in the car that indicated that everything had been checked over "everything" before handing it over to me, so imagine my surprise to see this warning light. The repair itself looks great, but this is a minor detail that takes away from the impact of the experience.

Should have called me to discuss unforseen problem.
