I have to bring it back in concerning the paint doesn't completely match and some body work. Wish Geico worked with Lexus.

I would have liked more updates on my car's repairs. There was a point when days went by and I didn't know what was going on. Every time I called with an issue someone would say I'll get back to you and never call back. I work nights and on the day my car was ready I woke up at 4:30 pm and felt so rushed to get the car before 5:00 pm because you were closed the next day that I left my work badge in the car. If I have another accident I don't honk that I will go with this company.

I was told two weeks was the time of repair and not only did I get told the wrong date They had to push back the time 3 times....the front receptionist was rude on the phone ....I had to pay taxes on my rental that was suppose to be 10-14 days turned into 30 ....this was horrible I had to call and hound the office to see when my car was done I will never use them again. You failed my family and my trust in your shop never again !!!!

My leather interior/drivers seat was damaged/ripped while vehicle was under your care. Very dissatisfied. My driver seat now looks like a ghetto car. I expected better than this.

I love how Jennipher emailed me everyday on the status of my vehicle. I was pleased with the service and the estimator ( I forgot his name) was very pleasant as well. The only downfall was that it took longer than I expected to get it fixed. I loved how they offered a lifetime warrantee on the side that was repaired.

The look and feel of my car is excellent. However, it was very stressful that it took about 2 months to repair! I had to call frequently to find out the status of my car..but i do appreciate the discount given when i finally was able to get it.
