This was my first experience as I have never been rear ended. Everything to me was new and the "unknown" made me very nervous. With the help of my agent and him recommending me to your shop, I trusted him. Your team was very helpful and answered every question I needed to know. The best part was getting updates and photos of the progress via email and with a follow up phone call. Picking up my truck I was very impressed. Having my truck detailed topped it with a cherry. I was very satisfied and walked away a happy customer. Thank you for a job well done!

I'm 34 years old and have had nothing but nice vehicles. From hotrod mustangs to my now amazingly beautiful GMC TRUCK.!! I have been in a few accidents in all the vehicles I have owned since I started driving. An I can say with any doubt and no lie that New look collision center is absolutely the best body shop that has ever fixed one of my vehicles that I have ever gotten in a accident in from California to here in Las Vegas where I know live. They even made my truck look better now than It looked before I got in my accident. Don helped me get the danali grill put on my truck instead of the stock grill and I will have to say my jaw hit the floor when I walked up an seen my truck picking it up. I will never take a vehicles I get in a accident with to any other body shop cause it's not worth taking your vehicles anywhere else!!!!!!
