I have had the worst experience at this location. When I first got their Justin the adjuster was very professional and gave me an estimate that was almost 1000 cheaper than another collision center. I give Justin my other estimate for him to look at. He promised that he would have my car fixed prior to the accident. I spoke to Melissa who organized in rental car for me and she was very professional. After five days of my car being in the shop the job was not done so I spoke to the general manager Chris which he said he would put the car back into the shop. I went to pick up my car and he painted my wheelwell in a completely different color, I was not contacted about the change in color. Then chris told me that it is supposed to be that color and he was not changing it. What? He was very rude and I asked to have my car painted back to the original color he refused. When I brought my car to the shop it was promised that my car will be repaired to its condition prior to the accident. I even went to the Lexus dealership to find out what was the original color of the wheel well and they said it was white, priority collision painted my car black. Then chris called me today and threaten me to pick my car up or he was going to charge me storage. The thing that made it worst is that he said for more money he will paint my car back to it original color. I thought that what the estimate was for. It's is a ripe off going there. I never said anything about the price when I went there. But you painted my car a different color and now I have to pay to get it back how it was originally. THIS IS POOR SERVICE.
