The body work to my truck looks good however when I got it back I noticed my key fob didn't work anymore and theready is a problem with the tire pressure monitoring system. I called about the tire pressure monitoring system and haven't heard back yet. I thought the battery just died in the key fob but after replacing it it still doesn't work. Both worked fine when I dropped the truck off.
Car looks brand new!! Thank you for vacuuming and cleaning the inside so thoroughly. Outstanding job!

I dropped my car off Thursday for some paint to get done after someone hit my car in a parking lot. With Thanksgiving around the corner I wasnt sure when I'd get the car back but I ended up getting it the next day. The work looks great, as if the accident never happened.

Rob was clear and straightforward about what to expect and how the process would work. I loved the option for text updates as my job doesn't allow me to answer phone calls often. The rental I was provided in the meantime provided comparable space and features to my own. When I picked my car up, it looked good as new. I was surprised at how simple the whole process was which was a huge relief considering the stress of any situation that brings you to a collision repair center. Thanks!
I wish I could say that I was one hundred percent happy with the repairs of my car though.. sadly I can not because I found several things wrong with my car. There is a huge Crack on my dashboard that was NOT there when I dropped off my car. They missed a place when painting my car... Also there are "notification" or "warning" lights have been on one is a a triangle with a ! in it and the VSA light is on and these where not on even when getting into my accident. I will sadly recommend for people to not come to this facility because a car is a big purchase for any individual and when a accident does happen to your vehicle. It should be fixed and not additional things be wrong with your vehicle. The only thing I will say that they did right was the paint job.

Everyone I came in contact was less than truthful with me, my car was returned in an unacceptable condition, and even though I received daily text messages (and verified by telephone) indicating my car was ready for pick up, it wasn't ready. No one knew the real status of my car. I was told I would receive $100.00 off my deductible but was charged full deductible, waited for 45 minutes to pick my car up after arriving, and was just handed my keys and was told "here, you can go now". No one looked at my car with me, there was a large black smear on the passenger windshield post, glass chips all over the top of my car, and scratches in my paint that were not there prievously. I am still picking up "gobs" of black substance inside my car and the windshield looks like someone tried to clean it with mud. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
My car was repaired quickly and well. The front of the car looks like new, plus, my car was thoroughly washed. Thanks for the good work.
