I'm still waiting on you all to contact me. You ordered a replacement door panel because you all stripped mine and I notice it. I was advised it would take about 2-3 business days for the part to come in and that you would call me to get the new door panel installed. It has been about 2-3 weeks now

I was very impressed how helpful and friendly all the people that were waiting on me. Everything was ready and set up for me. When I returned to pick up my car it was all ready to go. Thank you for all the kindness. That includes the car rental employee. The employee at Geico was great and she took care of everything I needed done.

The website portrayed the pickup of my vehicle to be different than what I experienced. My car was not detailed on the inside and I felt as if once I mentioned it, I was being pushed out the door. Since getting home, I have found other things wrong with my car. Not pleased at all.
