There is still damage to my car from the accident. Apparently collision center was just told by the insurance company about the front of the car and failed to follow up with me about additional damage to other areas of the car. The damage involves a tire of the car too so the safety of the car is in question. In addition the car is now making a sound it wasn’t before as if plastic is banging against itself. I will be taking it to my regular mechanic to make sure everything is present and working the way it should be. So now after waiting almost three weeks for my car it will have to go back and go through the whole process again. I am really disappointed.

I have used Auto Works in the Lewes location 3 times. Additionally, I have sent 3 other customers there. The 3 I sent were NOT SATISFIED as well. My Mercedes 2100 e350 Convertible had damage to it when I picked it up. Additionally, someone ran over shrapnel and blew out my tire. Yes, Auto Works eventually got me a new tire 4 days later. My headlamp trim was not put back on and thrown away. Now I am riding w/ mixed matched headlights. I have notified my insurance carrier and expressed my dissatisfaction/ Auto Works and will continue my journey. Word travels fast in ol' Sussex County.
