The constant text messages are a nuisance. And,they give the wrong info about when the careill be finished. Just leave it up the shop to keep the customer informed. Austin was excellent when I call re completion estimate and he was 100 percent accurate. Your text message today told me the car would be ready next week.stop that inaccurate messaging and let the guys doing the work communicate with the customer. Thanks
