From Jeff the Geico adjuster to the folks I dealt with in the office I was very happy with my service. Accidents are never fun but you all made it a lot easier on me thank you. Jeff explained everything and was very helpful. He even followed up with me after I received my car to make sure I was happy with the service. The one part that failed was that the status updates when the time for my repair exceeded the estimate (the most critical time!). I had to call and ask for a status update to find out when my car would be ready 3 times. Annoying.
Otherwise my repair is gorgeous and my experience was very good.
