I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. The owner was very professional and personable. My vehicle was done long before I expected. Also the shop arranged for my rental vehicle. I will of course recommend this shop to friends.

I think your shop produces exceptional work but I'm going to be brutally honest here: Upon receiving the initial estimate, I was given the classic service pass the buck of "we'll order the fender and call you to make an appointment when it comes in," to which it took me calling you 3 weeks later. I used to work in parts at Baierl....I know that the fender is probably stocked, but if it isn't it only takes a few days to get it. I also know that body parts do have a tendency to get damaged in shipping and it might have to be ordered again or the new part may need to be repaired or straightened to be acceptable. Don't try to pull the wool over my eyes.... just tell me you're too busy to take it right now, I'll understand, but I played along with the whole order the parts bit. I asked what it would take to get the little dent in the drivers side door next to the door handle fixed while it was in your shop. Your estimate guy told me he wrote the estimate to blend the door so it would cover most of the cost of fixing the ding on the drivers side door, and you guys would just take care of it the day I was told that parts would be ordered. (I asked about getting this ding fixed back in December also when the same vehicle was in for an approximately $4700.00 repair and you guys failed to fix it then too) When I made the appointment 3 weeks later, Frank asked if I wanted a rental car. I told him I'm not sure if I was eligable for one because this was being covered by the other party to the damage causing incident. Frank was supposed to get back to me on that and didn't. When I did show up to drop the vehicle off there was no rental car and Frank had a deer in the headlights look on his face about it when I reminded him he didn't get back to me about the rental car. I specifically gave my cell number to be used as a contact point for any follow up communications. Enterprise was provided my home phone number that I did not provide causing my inability to obtain a rental car in a timely manner. While signing the paperwork to pick the vehicle up, you guys tell me you didn't put a new fender on but repaired the original: I refer you to my previous statement that I waited 3 weeks to hear from you because this fender was on order. Last but not least, upon picking the vehicle up the dent in the driver's side door had not been fixed after asking for it to be fixed a second time, to which Frank said he'd talk to someone about telling care of it Monday which is today. I've never heard from anyone today about it which at this point doesn't surprise me. I have always spoke highly of your shop and have expressed my opinion that your shop produces the best work anywhere to be found. I can understand sometimes there's a communication error amongst employees that might cause something to be overlooked but this experience has entirely too many errors in it to pass the blame on a simple human error. You guys are better than this. The repair looks fantastic as usual to the point that I can't tell it was wrecked. Had the ding in the drivers side door been fixed when I came to pick up my vehicle, I would have overlooked all negative experiences I have mentioned in this commentary and chose the yes I'm satisfied option from this email. I hope you use my review as a tool for improvement because I like you guys and do think you guys do fabulous work.

The work was extremely excellent and you finish the work to days earlier than scheduled in the car was very clean inside and out when I picked it up this is a really good body shop I made the right decision by bringing my car there

No hiccups at all everything went very smoothly. Car dropped off on a Fri back to me on a Wed. Great communication with me to let me when know my car is was going to be done via phone call/text. Overall 10/10.
