From the very first moment I was contacted to bring my vehicle in for repairs, until the day my vehicle was repaired I received nothing short of the absolute best customer service I have ever received at any other auto body repair shop!!!! Liana was friendly, thoughtful, kind, and considerate. She treated me with such personalized hands on service that from this moment forward I will only use Westlund Auto Body for my vehicle body repair, and I will refer everyone I know to Westlund Auto Body going forward. I mentioned a rental service situation to Liana that I felt was unreasonable to put it mildly, and without hesitation she told me that she thinks she could help, and to give her a few minutes and she would call me right back. Within 5 minutes she called me back with the situation completely resolved. I could not have asked for a more considerate service professional!!!
