Carstar Portage did a great job organizing the repair (including rental vehicle) and managing completion of the job on time. The vehicle did need to be returned for some additional work but that was done efficiently.

My car was done very quickly. The staff is very friendly.

We were disappointed to see that our Honda Pilot was allowed to leave your shop before it was fixed completely and correctly. This was shocking to us as you have always done good work for our family and others that we know who have used your services in the past. The vehicle should not have been processed for pickup knowing that the driver's door was not set correctly and had obvious gapping when compared to the other doors. I was also shocked to hear that when Monica brought the Pilot back to you to have it fixed right, she was told that we would have to pay $70 to have it plugged into your new diagnostics machine to diagnose why the traction control light was illuminated on the dash, especially since when the vehicle was delivered to you there were not any indicator warning lights illuminated on the dash. We are happy that you did take care of the door and the warning light when she brought the Pilot back in for you to look at it, but the return trip should not have had to happen and could have been prevented if quality assurance was a priority. We appreciate you making it right and making sure that the repairs were made, just disappointed that it wasn't fixed right the first time.
