The work should have taken a week and it took two weeks. I made my appointment over six weeks prior and assumed that my vehicle would be at the head of the line so I wouldn’t have to wait weeks. Not happy with my service this time around.

There is still the right front tire that has a leak from the accident. This was communicated during the initial walk through at the Wayne location as well as a supplement added with the rest of the lights showing on the dashboard. Also, the ignition key knob is cracked which happened during one of the moves. I have been calling the Wayne location and have been unsuccessful so I contacted Allstate in the meantime. Other then that, the car came out absolutely amazing!! I would definitely have you guys do future repairs should I ever need one. I stressed to Allstate I was in no way, shape or form complaining as the tire leak was an innocent communication breakdown.

They had to wait to get parts. My car was drivable so I could have been driving it while waiting, but I guess they didn’t expect the wait. Otherwise everything was good.

I appreciated the weekly updates on the status of my vehicle. When I spoke to Jeff about a vacation I was due to take the day after your expected delivery date, he must have worked some magic because the car was delivered a full week earlier enabling me to have oil change, fluid checks and trie rotation prior to road trip! Thanks very much!!
