Inconsistent responses to my inquiries. Never any certainty as to when it would get done. I do realize it had a lot of damage and got better info when I talked to Carlos directly. I do appreciate being provided we d a loaner when repairs took so long.

No one EVER calls to inform you about ANYTHING about your car. You have to constantly call and wait for a call back days later and pick up car with same issues

It took 5 weeks to complete a repair that should of taking no more than 2 weeks to complete! They didnt follow through with keeping us updated until week 4 or 5. Excuses upon excuses! "No lift available" what? I would NEVER use this repair shop again!!!! 3 days before car was completed and after many calls and complaining the gave us a loaner car.

Carlos was awesome throughout the whole process and kept me abreast of anything concerning the progress of my F-150 being completed! I really can't say enough for Carlos's attention to detail with me along the way...more companies need people like Carlos! Thank you Carlos and Brandon Collision.

The repairs and service were great! It would have been perfect if the cargo area would have been cleaned up. It is full of dust and debris from the repairs. Other than that small thing, I am very satisfied.

Nice people but didn't get updates like I should of and they didnt do a good job on the paint. I had to take the truck but they said to bring it back and they would get right in it. I called Monday at 8:00 and it's Wednesday and still haven't heredback from anyone.

I'm not sure why I'm getting this email, job isn't finished yet. Multiple blemishes and spots that weren't buffed somehow made it past the employee who did the work, and the person doing QC. New scratches and dings added to car, and the hood was closed on the yet to be tightened downed headlights. Management has been more than willing to correct said problems, but the employees doing the work miss what was needed to be done each time.

Your office needs to do a better job of their service level to their clients. The entire time I had to call but once for updates and the receptionists would be the ones with my update. James who was suppose to be my contact person never called me back or answered. When I picked up my car i was told to sign a check and that's it. Nobody walked me through the repair of my car.
